GOOD OFSTED REPORT IN ALL AREAS! - March 2025
The Ofsted Inspector said: ' All children are very happy, settled and confident during their time at the friendly and inviting pre-school. The highly knowledgeable and dedicated staff have a strong understanding of how they successfully implement their challenging and motivating curriculum. Staff are positive role models. Children behave well and show high levels of kindness and empathy towards each other. Staff provide children with good opportunities to build on their physical skills. Staff provide children with exceptional opportunities to learn about the importance of oral health.
All staff establish highly positive partnerships with parents, who speak very highly of them. They comment that staff support their children to flourish and that they go above and beyond.
Staff provide children with outstanding opportunities to learn about and be highly respectful of other people's similarities and differences.'
Kent County Council Early Years Improvement Adviser said:
'Children are given the opportunity to explore and lead their own play without the need for constant interaction or support from practitioners in both the outdoor an indoor environment. Staff deployment was highly effective.
At snack time children have plenty of opportunities to develop their independence through pouring drinks and serving themselves. The children appeared to know the routine very well. Fresh drinking water for children to independently access is clearly labelled and very well organised.'
''..." Visited the Pre-School today for the first time and was absolutely overwhelmed by the staff, atmosphere, activities and how calm and peaceful it was for a Pre-School. All children looked engaged in what they were doing and very happy. Wonderful place" Parent (2024)
